Prayer and why its so important in your walk with God.
The importance of Prayer goes without saying. However, many Christians either forget to pray, or worse, they know that they should pray, but make excuses, and or won't prioritize spending time with God. This makes for a very weak, faithless relationship with God, with many expecting God to jump through hoops and bend over backwards, but never petitioning Him for what they need.
How can God help you if you never talk to him? A prayer-less relationship with God will result in an eventual falling away. It's important to make your requests known to God, "But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind" (James 1:6).
So, make sure that you establish a relationship with God, and then proceed to develop a life of prayer. Start with some devotional time, and scripture, and incorporate prayer within that same time period.
Shoot for 30 minutes to and hour.
Blessings to you...
